Michelle’s V-card

Michelle received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1983 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar the same year. She has practiced real estate law with an emphasis in construction law and collections with Ken Robinson since 2001. She has extensive training as a mediator, including a year-long internship with CDR Associates in Boulder. Michelle also received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Colorado.

The complexity of construction law allows Michelle to combine her love of working with people with her legal skills interpreting the words of construction documents. She brings this insight to bear proactively in drafting contracts that clearly delineate responsibilities of, and risks to, the various parties. In litigation, she works hard to achieve the best, most expeditious resolution of each dispute, whether the matter is simple or complicated.
